Well before reading this post, read the one before this first.... Done?

Ok well I think the coldness in my room is starting to affect my health now; Well that and sleeping next to a window. I'm starting to get a scratchy throat and my nose is starting to feel funny. I hope this doesnt turn into something other than a sore throat or stuffy nose. I asked my mom if she could get some cough drops to help with the throat and I did this trick I read on Men's Health. Their 18 tricks to teach your body (#5 on the list. I tried linking to it, but it didn't work), which actually kind of works. Try it when you have a stuffy nose.

Right now I'm just trying to figure out if its too late to add more insulation to my room...
